Insurance

Payment of deductibles, co-pays, co-insurances, or complete balances are due at the time of service.

For those patients with insurances contracted with Primary Care, responsibility for payment is based on the individual policy. If we are not contracted with your insurance, you will be expected to pay 100% of all charges. Primary Care of The Treasure Coast is happy to file all commercial insurances for your convienence with the only exception being auto insurance for which we will provide the necessary documents for filing. We do not accept any worker's compensation patients.

PCTC is contracted with the following insurances:

- Traditional Medicare
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida
- Cigna PPO
- United Healthcare
- AvMed
- Tricare/Champ VA
- Health First

**No HMO policies other than the ones listed will be accepted.**

We do accept some Medicare Advantage plans, however you may be subject to additional co-pays, co-insurances and deductibles as we are not under contract with these plans. It is best that you contact our office prior to your visit to ensure that you will be covered and what responsibilities you will have.

As contracts are subject to change,  you should verify coverage after any change in insurance. Please feel free to contact our billing department during business hours to verify benefit coverage.
